Eligibility Criteria
- A candidate must possess the educational qualification corresponding to the specific post applied for as of the last date of application.
- Candidates must pass the medical fitness standard specified (A-3, B-1, or B-2) for respective technician categories.
- For Grade III PCM posts, candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as main subjects.

How to Apply Online for Railway Technician Form 2026
- Visit the official RRB application portal: rrbapply.gov.in.
- Click on "Apply" and choose "Create an Account". Fill in basic registration details.
- Once the account is created, log in using your registered mobile number/email ID and password.
- Select the recruitment notification "CEN 02/2026" and click "Apply".
- Select the RRB zone you wish to apply for and choose your post preferences.
- Fill out the complete details, including educational qualifications and ITI trade certificates.
- Upload scanned color photograph (white background) and signature. SC/ST candidates must upload caste certificate for free travel pass.
- Pay the fee online (₹500 for General/OBC and ₹250 for SC/ST/PH/Female) and submit the form. Print out the confirmation.
