  3. Download the "Study Certificate Form" to be filled and signed by Headmaster of Class 5 school.
  4. Fill student personal details, Aadhaar number, APAAR ID, and Class 3, 4, 5 school details.
  5. Upload scanned Headmaster Certificate, Student Photo, Student Signature, and Parent Signature.
  6. Submit the form before 16 September 2026 and download registration slip.
